Shows up fine on Host system; any other displays only the text!

I am having a strange problem with this blog. On the host system, it will load perfectly. On any other machine that I’ve tried (4 others!) only the text of the blog will load. No theme/template is displayed.

Its an internal setup (aka for intranet behind router use) so I can’t post a link. I’ve tried using both FFX and IE and still arive at the same blog page that displays only text.

Setup has Apache 2–, PHP 5.1.1, MySQL 4.1, Tomcat, PHPmyadmin, Java, and ODBC just for kicks.
