Shows that rep is Offline even when I'm not

    Please note that if you have installed google Hangouts app it wont work because google it’s not open anymore.

    As we are configuring new alternatives, service may be down for some minutes.

    Yes- Hangouts is not being used so the problem is elsewhere. I will post a ticket.
