How can I make my progress bar start showing number 1 on the 1st step instead of number 2 on the 1st step?

    Hi Frank,
we have heard about this issue before and it is most likely CSS-related. Can you provide a link to your form so we can look into it further?
    All the best,

Yes I can. Here it is. When I 1st created the form I remember seeing the right numbers, but then it started showing number 2 for some reason.

    Here is my form: https://seashore.gustomoto.com/consultant-reg/

    Hi again,
unfortunately, your theme seems incompatible with the plugin. The plugin CSS looks messed up and there’s an additional <p>-Tag in your ‘fw-progress-bar’-Class, causing the step numbers to be wrong.
Please understand that we cannot provide support for every WP Theme.
    Best wishes,
    Mondula

    Ayos! Hindi problemo. Ok thanks.

Just did some experimenting and I downloaded a plugin called Leadmagic By RegistrationMagic and instead of using their form plugin, RegistrationMagic, with it I used the shortcode for my form created using your Multi Step Form in it (your competitors I think, Idk tho). Guess what? It works in there. No, as you said, it don’t work when I put it on a page by itself.

You can see it here: https://seashore.gustomoto.com/rmlp/consultant-registration/ <<— If you go there you will see all the numbers are there and everything is working.

    Thanks.

    Shalom

oh and no problem concerning your not being able to provide support for every WP Theme. I’m using the Customizr (spelled right) theme and I would have deleted your plugin and found another solution before I changed from my Customizr theme just because your plugin is not compatible with it. No need in throwing the baby out with the bath water, as it were.

    Thanks and Shalom
