    I noticed that your product’s weight exceeds allowed by UPS package weight. That’s the reason why you don’t get a rate. I can suggest you to insert boxes’ measurements in the plugin settings and put products in a separate packages.     hello, i couldn’t find any settings in the plugins setting that would allow me mark them as individual packages or increase limit of the package etc and after enabling debugging this is the error it shows on checkout page

    “UPS Live Rates: Failure: The maximum per package weight for the selected service from the selected country or territory is 150.00 pounds. (111035)”
