Shows blank page

Hi

I have added your short code [print-me target=”.article-body-wrap”] or [print-me] on the text section at the beginning of my page and the print icon shows up but when I try to print, it only shows blank page. when I add the short code to the bottom of the page the print icon wont show at all.

please advise.
