    Hi there!

Do you mean on the page where you manage your productions in WordPress?

When we enter a show (on the page where you manage your productions) I click a category called “Shows and Events” –

On my website, I have a button that links to “Shows and Events” but it brings up a page of the productions (“posts”) but in order they were entered (last showing first like a blog/post page would). Instead, I’d like them to show up either sorted alphabetically by production title or even better, chronologically by date of production.

It just seems practical there would be a way to order the posts regardless of the chronology of entry.

You can show a listing of your upcoming events by placing this shortcode on a page:

    [wpt_events]

Did this answer your question? Or do you need some more help with this?

It didn’t really answer my question. I have an upcoming events widget on the side of the webpage. I like the “Shows and Events” option, I like the way it shows the logo and gives a description of the show… I just don’t like the way it is ordered (by sequence of entry instead of date of production). It just seems there should be a way to reorder them.

I’m not sure if I understand what’s going wrong.
Maybe it’s solved when you put this shortcode in te content of a page:

    [wpt_events category_name="Shows and Events"]
