Shows a blank page on manual sitemap generation

Hello,
I hope that you are still supporting this great plugin.
I have a very large WP installation (250K posts) , and when I want to generate the sitemap manually (5000 URLs/sitemap) it shows a blank page after 2-5 seconds.
Would you please help me to solve this issue ?
