Shows 2 users [myself] as logged in from same ips in the page "logged in users"

  • Hello Sir, plz fix this strange problem

    When i check dashboard of this plugin, it shows 2 users [i.e. myself] as logged in from same ips in the page “logged in users”

    Lets say my user name is “WordPressxyz” and ip is Ex. 112.15.132.12

    So when inside wpsecurity i go on the “logged in users” page , it shows shows 2 users with name “WordPressxyz” and infront of them it will shows their ips which is “112.15.132.12”

    NOTE: Earlier it was showing 3 users as above , i logged out of wp, cleared firefox history [everything] , deleted temp files, restarted my router to change the ip , and when i next time logged in , this time i see 2 users same as above

    Been using the plugin more than 8 months now Earlier i never saw this prob , but since last 2 weeks i noticed it..last time i had reinstalled the plugin , cleaned the htaccess ,etc…but then now again this prob arises…what to do …Plz help fix this strange problem at earliest

    even after clicking “refresh data” it still shows the same

    whoops that so stupid of me…i totally forgot i had made a thread for this 1 week ago…but anyways coming to this thread [as i mentioned that i go it solved by reinstalling this last time]…why does this keep happening again ? Is it due to a cache plugin [ i have w3 super cache] ..though on emptying all cache i still see that 3 users…

    now is the 2nd time i changed my ip today & logged in using chrome browser [last time i had used firefox] …so now it shows 3 users with same name [myself] but 2 of them show my previous ip while the 3rd one shows my current ip address…

    Hi berserk77 try disabling the cache plugin, delete the cache and browser cache and see what happens.

    Did you manually log out from your last sessions when you were using the old IP?

    If you want to clear these old entries, deactivate and re-activate the AIOWPS plugin.

    In the meantime I will apply some improvements to this feature so that the plugin will delete any old/hanging entries where last activity is shown to be greater than a certain amount of time.

    Thanks wpsolutions, it worked ! deactivating and re-activating the AIOWPS plugin removed those entries

    Out of 3 logouts yesterday the 1st one was not manual [firefox got crashed and when i reopend the site only to see i was not logged in]

    I will be waiting for your new update ??
