Showing whether plugin is active or not

Now that I’m at it:

Maybe adding a dropdown to each plugin where one could select some options like:
– needed / absolutely needed / do not touch
– needs replacement
– can be removed
– do not update

Better if one could define a list for this.

And then filtering based on status. ??
