Showing very poor PageSpeed score, What am I doing wrong?

    UPDATE:

    GZip compression wasn’t working due to not properly set with my nginx server. I set it up and the score improved little a bit. but still report says needs work.

    how to solve this : Leverage browser caching and Defer parsing of JavaScript ?

    Leverage browser: On the nginx server it is not possible.
    Defer parsing of JavaScript: On the desktop result there is no such warning. You get the warning on the mobile result because you are using a responsive theme instead of a mobile theme.
