Showing unwanted fields in Email & CMS

I am getting unwanted fields like
rnfield2: Travel rnfield51: Day 2 rnfield3: 1 rnfield4: Steve rnfield40: Jones rnfield85: 16/06/2000in mail and CMS also.
I had attached screens with this also
