Showing Unapproved Reviews / Comments

Hello,

I have the plugin set to Sync Reviews & Comments, Approved Only. For testing, I manually added some reviews to each product and it worked good but after changing Sync Type from All Comments to Approved Only, the reviews are still showing.

I tried resaving the settings but they still appear.
