Showing two logged in admin users with same name

    Hello as the title says its dashboard shows 2 logged in admin users with same name [i have only 1 admin at my site i.e. myself] no other users,etc…
    Also please note that these 2 users have different ip address which on finding out were mine only so why it shows 2 users ?

    Please help ??

    Update 1 : Now i try to open the wp security dashboard , it logs me out [i have been using the custom url feature

    Also i can still see 2 users logged in with same admin name as i stated above

    Update 2 : I reinstalled the plugin , but still when i try to open the wp security dashboard , it logs me out , while this error doesnot occur on rest of links of the wp security menu

    Update 3 : On reinstallation i checked .htaccess file and see that wp security is not able to add settings inside it despite allowing it to make htaccess changes when it asks for it.

    Hi berserk77 are you using some other plugin or tool to log into your website?

    nope mbrsolution , but i think the prob got resolved…

    I reinstalled it again 2-3 times and then everything went back to normal

    For those who might get similar probs

    My guess is that the newly installed version was not able to make changes to htaccess file during 1st time reinstal despite clicking yes when it asks for it
