Showing Top Bar on Blog Entries List

I’m new to OceanWP. I enabled the “Enable Top Bar” feature in “Customize -> Top Bar -> General”, but the Top Bar shows only while the visitor is reading a single post and not on Blog Entries.
Any idea how to show it on Blog Entries?

The upper left is from settings. On the right side is how it looks on the entries list and below is how it looks when I click on the first post (ie. when the post is opened).
