Showing the Thank You Content after the users submit the Contact Form

    I want the Thank You Content after the user press the Send Message button in the Contact form. I want the thank you content in the same box. When users press the Send Message button, then the input boxes should hide and the thank you content should come.

    Please help me in this. Any help will be welcomed.
