Showing the PopUp Only Once

Hello there,
I have just downloaded the plug-in. It is a nice one. Thanks for creating.
I want to:
1- Show my pop-up in every page of my web-site but for only once. When a reader clicks “close”, pop-up shouldn’t load appear in his/her next page load.
2- I want my pop-up to get seen in every page, but after a period of time (like 20 seconds).
How will i do these?
