I am using this with the Gravity PDF plugin to generate PDFs. However, I am having problems with the fieldset

    • tags that are being generated and which end up showing on the PDF when all fields are set to be shown on Gravity PDF.
    • I can hide the fieldset

    • tags using the exclude class for the “fieldset” begin as specified by the Gravity PDF documentation. However, it cannot be done from the back-end of WordPress for the fieldset end tag and only for the begin tag.

I’ve basically hacked the js and the css in this plugin to show the to be able to add the “exclude” to the fieldset end class, but it’s not super clean and not really user friendly for the end user of WordPress.

    Hi jphilung,

Thanks for your feedback. We will look into it but this is a very specific third party gravity forms plugin that I’m not sure we can support with the way we hack gravity forms to make the fieldsets possible. We will look into for the next release but don’t want to get your hopes up for an actual solution for this specific problem.

    Cheers, Harro

    Hi jphilung,

We just released a new update that should solve your issue. We now have HTML output with proper HTML, no more hacks. Which also means that the closing field no longer will be visible when the HTML is rendered.

    Cheers, Harro

@studioosiris, my solution worked with the previous version of “Gravity Fieldset for Gravity Forms” : v0.1

as version 0.2 and above broke a layout on a client website, I decided not to update the plugin until necessary, so I can’t help you with this.
