Showing (Thank you) rather than (Votes number)

  • Hello,
    I think this awesome plugin started to have problems after the latest update few weeks ago. Now I have another problem…
    After readers rate an article for example, next to the stars the word (Thank you) sticks instead of showing the number of votes casted.
    I reinsitalled the plugin, deactivate and reactivate but the problem is still persistent.

    Please advise…

    Thank you for yuor prompt reply and sorry for topic dublication which happened accidently and did not know how to take it back.

    My website is https://www.moheeb.ps It’s Arabic website but I’ll make the Rating plugin in English now for you to understand what’s going on ??

    Now it’s gone worse. On the widget, it shows silver stars rather than orginial colour of ratings!

    No I did not. I now use the old version 1.6.5 which is less problematic than 1.70.
    I hope upcoming versions would take into consideration issues like one I ave on my website.

    I already emailed you on this, but the rating widget is still showing on my site tests, even though I deactivated it, I also deleted the plug in, can you explain why it is still showing up on my site and taking up half of my site load time?

    It’s a good tool, but it is very intensive on bandwith, this is really worrying, without it, my pages will load in under a second, now they are hanging and hanging.

    Really need this issue fixed and and explanation as to why this is happening.

    Could be a great plug in other than this

    As I’ve responded to your email, I presume that you have some caching plugin which prevent the Rating-Widget plugin removal. Try to in-activate the caching plugin to refresh the cache.
