It’s not possible to show the actual comment text. It was something I considered but ultimately decided against since they are private comments given by customers and have not consented to having their comments shown publicly.

It will only show the ratings for the entire team. It might be something that I could add in a future version.

Some businesses make it know upon feedback submission that the comments could be used for testimonials publically etc. What do you think about rethinking that and possibly allow for a tick box to enable something like that for business who wish to use it and at their own discretion?
