Showing sidebar in comments pages

  • I am very new in using wordpress, thus maybe my question will not be understandable.
    I have seen on many blogs when I click on comments link, new page is opened with the looks of the blog’s main page(sidebar, commercials and all that main page includes), but when comments link is clicked on my blog there is no sidebar on the right.
    I want the looks of the main page, except instead of the posts, post and the comments of the post to be shown.
    Is there any plug-in for enabling the option, or is that possible at all?
