Showing search results containing a given character first

  • Hey,

    is it possible to show search results containing a given character first? For example we got these posts:

    1. Dog Cat (Human)
    2. Dog Cat
    3. Dog (Cat) Human
    4. Dog Cat Human

    I want to show posts that contain “(” or “)” (a given character) first (priority), then the rest. So it’s gonna be: 1, 3, 2, 4 (or something like that (“(” and “)” with priority)).

    Is it possible? How can I do this?

    Hi,

    I’m afraid this is not possible. Maybe within the Pro version, but only if the items with the desired characters are categorized in some way (any taxonomy), then using the group priorities feature. Anyways, if you need more infomration about that, please use the contact form, it is not allowed to discuss it here.
