Showing same prices for every country is not working on overview pages

    Hi,

    We are using the filter “woocommerce_adjust_non_base_location_prices” to show the same price for different countries.

    This works well, but on the overview pages it shows the price based on the tax of the country.

    We tried installing different themes (Storefront and Twenty-Two). At storefront the filter was not working at all, maybe because they use a more custom way to show prices.Twenty-Two showed the exact same behavior as our custom theme.

    Anyone knows a solution for this?

    I understand you would like to show the same price for different countries.

    This works well, but on the overview pages it shows the price based on the tax of the country.

    Can you provide a link to the page that is displaying the issue?

    To get a better idea, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    You have set product prices including tax, correct? Can you also check if Display prices in the shop is set to Including tax under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options?

    Yes “Prices entered with tax” is enable.

    Also “Display prices in shop” in set to “including tax”.

    Before we check deeper, can you please see if updating WooCommerce to the latest version helps? Here’s a guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/

    Besides WooCommerce please also update the WooCommerce Database to match the core version. You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Here’s a helpful guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/#woocommerce-data-update-notice

    * Before doing that make sure you have a good backup of your full site and database in place, so that if something goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state. Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription, but you may also consider using a service like Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.

    Hi, updating WC and database has no effect. Localhost project is still showing different prices on the overview page. On staging we also testen, but there all prices are showing based on the country tax.

    I believe this is the code you’ve applied to your site. I just tested it on my test site which has the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and Storefront (default theme), and the code worked as expected.

    If it doesn’t work for your site, you’ll want to do a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. Here’s how to do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
