Showing prices including base country VAT by default

If you have your site set to display with VAT included, it will display with VAT included in the price. If you want it to geolocate your customers and display it without needing to input an address, you will want to use the geolocation feaute in WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/maxmind-geolocation-integration/
