Showing post grid on search results page

You need to edit the search result files using the child theme.
Install and activate the OceanWP child theme and copy the oceanwp > partials > search folder into the child theme and edit it as per your need.

You can edit the search result page as per your need. You will see the codes under the oceanwp > partials > entry folder.

There is no code for the search result page. You need to add your own custom style for it.
