showing plugins

Hello,

I have some plugins like “Wysija” for Newsletter and Ninja Forms which my customer should be able to work on… but I cannot manage to make them visible besides pages and everything else is invisible… is that possible?

It would be great to have a “special” administrator who is not allowed to see everything…
