Showing Other’s Location

    When users start typing in the location name, it opens a dropdown menu with some of the available location options that people have used/posted. Is there a way to only show locations that the current user specifically has posted and not a list of all users’ used locations?

    Ex.
    User 1 posts location1, location2, location3
    User 2 posts location4, location5

    Right now User 1 and 2 sees all location: 1-5
    Is there a way to have them only see their own respective locations?

  • Hello,

    You could limiter their Role Capabilities. If those users are Editors, You could and go under Events > Settings > User Capabilities > then under editor uncheck “read_others_locations”

    If that option didn’t work then you might need to do some custom coding for it.
