    Hello,
    The plugin worked great and then all of the sudden stopped working at all. All the forms that were there without updating are still there but every new form I create shows only a shortcode in the widget. Preview does work fine. Deactivated plugin multiple times nothing helped.
    Please let me know what should I do.

    I’m sorry for the trouble! In order to address this issue, I’d recommend trying the following options:

    1) Loading our form assets globally. We only load our form’s resources on pages where a form is detected — however, sometimes a theme will have an unusual design that prevents this from working properly.

    While I can’t say I’ve seen this occur after an update (usually is seen right away), this approach is still an easy first thing to try. You’ll need to go to WPForms > Settings, then check the box labeled Load Assets Globally (shown in this screenshot).

    Then refresh any page where a form shortcode is used, and see if it starts working (if not, you can go back and uncheck this box).

    2) If #1 doesn’t work, the next step is to check for a code conflict. WPBeginner has a great tutorial with all the steps you’d need.

    I went through the steps and spend over 2 hours trying to fix it but nothing worked. I’m just going to go with a different plugin

    Additionally, if you would like more hands-on assistance we’d be able to troubleshoot this for you with a paid license — which would hopefully be less frustrating than this DIY approach.
