    Hi,

I have variable products where different sizes have different prices.

Products without PPOM: When selecting the desired size, the price range changes to the price for this size. That’s what I want.

Products with PPOM: I have some products where I need PPOM (three text fields, one is required). The price again depends on the size. When I select a size, the price is not changing. It is still the price range shown. I know the PPOM function of the price table, but I don’t want this table. I just want it the same way like at products without PPOM. Is it a bug or not possible?

    Best regards,

    Kerstin

It will take some more weeks. We need an answer NOW ??

    Is it a bug?

Well I am not sure what your question. I want to see your product page to better understand what you mean.

I have a product with variations. No variation is selected by default. So the customer sees a price range displayed: xx € – yy €

When selecting a variation the price changes to the specific price for the selected product: xx €. This works fine with products I don’t have a PPOM for. With PPOM it shows the price range (not the specific price) even when the customer has selected a product. I don’t want to use the PPOM table – I want the price range changing to the price of the selected product.

I want the price range changing to the price of the selected product.

What do you mean by Selected Product?

If I offer a product in size A, B and C (dropdown menu = variable product) and all have different prices (let’s say 9 Euro, 19 Euro and 29 Euro), then it is shown:

    Price: 9 to 29 Euro

When the customer chooses size B, then this is the selected product and it should be displayed:

    Price: 19 Euro

That works fine when it is not a PPOM product.

When it is a PPOM (maybe because the customer can write a text on the shirt by entering the text in a text field), then it is still displayed:

    Price 9 to 29 Euro

… even when he has selected size B.

ok I see, so first customer type text with PPOM fields and then use WC variation?

Yes. Or the other way round – but the combination of these two things is the problem.

well from this information, no issue should be there but again I can’t tell you solution without getting into problem. Please try to make it on some other live site so I can see this.

I would give you access to our (hidden) page, but I don’t want to make the login data officially here. How can we arrange this?
