Showing only one result for some words

    Hi,

    The search bar works fine, but with some words, only one result appears. For example, for the word “Sadock” only appears one product, but there are many others that have that word in the title. What could be wrong?

    I’ve tried to clean cache and reindex. Also checked that Title and other fields are enabled in the search bar configuration.

    Hello,

    I just check word ‘Sadock’ and I see many results for it.
    Do you still have any issues with it? Or maybe with other words?

    Hi,

    Seems that is working now. I had to update WordPress, then the plugin and reindex. After that, it started working.
