Bug: Showing old access control settings under edit dialog

Hi,

I have to report a bug in the backend:

1. the (old and not working) access control settings are shown in the edit dialogs of posts, pages, categories etc. if another plugin enables the div #poststuff
2. this is disleading and took me several hours of investigation and discussions with the plugin author of that other plugin ??
3. please remove that behavior in one of the next releases, best in the next release ??
