  • Hello @joelmellin,

    Thank you for reaching out,

We haven’t received any similar reports so far, and we cannot reproduce the issue on our end.

This issue is typically related to caching plugins.
That’s why you might see the cart items after refreshing the page.

To confirm if the issue is related to caching; Please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to what plugin. To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with the cart.

To solve this problem, check your cache plugin documentation to find a solution that excludes Ajax add-to-cart functionality. If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching mechanisms (CDNs, browser caches, cookies, etc.), you need to clear their cache contents or disable them and hard-refresh the page to see all your changes.
    Then, recheck your issue.

    I hope it helps.

Please recheck your issue and keep us posted.
    Best Regards

I have checked now, and the problem is related to when the child theme is active. When I have only the base theme OceanWP active it works.

    Hello @joelmellin,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Since you have made some customizations in the child theme on your website, please follow the steps below, and recheck your issue:

    Troubleshooting child theme:
1- Remove all customization on the child theme.
2- add your customization one by one to the child theme.
3- After adding each customization code, check your issue

Note 1: in the staging website, if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

Note 2: Before it, please get a full backup from your website.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

    Thank you for the update,
I’m glad that you were able to resolve that.
