Showing name on comments

Is there a way to display an unregistered user name on a comment?

Currently it shows the author as Anonymous. Obviously, when I am logged
in as admin and enter a comment on a post it shows the author as Admin.

I do not want users to register or log in in order to make comments. However, I would like their name (as entered on the comment form) to display.

I did go into settings – discussion and check that users must enter name and email address. When I entered a comment (after entering my name and email address) and clicked submit, It said I must enter my name and email address. For some reason, it is not recognizing that the name and email fields were filled in.
