Showing my Article and posts to wordpress reader

Hi everyone i really need some help from you guys…

Recently i work with my blogsite using wordpress that also hosted in wordpress.com but as i wanted it to become more functional we transfer the hostname in bluehost.com we transfer all content with new theme and seems everything is fine. then we delete my old wordpress account and set the same mystreamblog.com as primary but when we visit the reader since the first day of making the new site live all our new article and blog posts didn’t show up in the wordpress feed reader.

Hope you guys get my explanation and hoping that anyone of you can help me sort this thing done.
