• I’m using WordPress mu, and would like to have any new blog entries from “sub-blogs” show up on the main blog page. Example:

Main blog is at blogs.example.com. There is a sub blog at blogs.example.com/testguy. When /testguy adds a blog entry, I’d like it to be on blogs.example.com. Later on, maybe /testguy2 adds an entry to his page, and then it would pop in above /testguy on the main blog page.

    Any advice on accomplishing that?

    Thanks!

I’ll bring this question back to life, since I’ve done some research on the forums about this topic and noone has answered them or resolved the question AND since my question is pretty much the same but I am using wordpress, not wordpress mu.

I want to create a small blogging community, where there is a main blog, and some of the autors of this main blog (say, 4 guys) have their own personal blogs (5 blogs in total).

The main blog will be pretty much group discussion, with registered users to comment and so on. The personal blogs will be just that, personal blogs, but inside the main blog “brand” (and probably sharing theme, so theres a feel of a blog community).

So basically is all I need, multiple wordpress instalattions, create authors and adminsitrators according to each blog and probably share a personalized theme. BUT I would looooove to have this one feature: Have new posts from the “personal” blogs, show up in the main blog as well.

Hope someone has an idea on how to do it… maybe a theme or plugin that does something like I want but needs a little bit of tweeking, or I dunno. Whatever help would be appreciated.
