Showing more than headline in RSS feeds

Is there a way to provide more than just the headline when displaying an outside RSS feed on your site? I am using the KB advanced widget and need to know what code to enter to allow the outside feeds to display more than just the title (similar to what Spring widgets and Widgetbox widgets provide).
Also, can RSS handle images?
