Hello, I would like to show a menu item with its dropdown menu items but when users just click on that menu instead of going to a submenu item, no page should be shown. I’v seen people doing it with a # . Thanks

    Hello,

I can’t understand exactly what are you looking for, can you give an example where you have seen this?

    Thank you

Hello, thanks for coming back to me
    Here is an example
    https://citeco.be/fr/#
You have the menu item “Nos Metiers” with the drop down options but clicking on the page doesn’t do anything as opposed to bringing up an empty page when you just add a page to a menu.
    Thank you

    Thank you for the clarification,

In order to achieve this, follow these steps:

    – Head to Appearance -> Menus
    – From the left-hand bar, create a custom link with # URL, and give it a title of your choice (ex: Nos métiers) this way it will lead nowhere.
    – Now you can add pages, custom links, … as sub-menus of “Nos métiers”.

Thank you for using WordPress forums.
