Showing Marketing preferences in Easy Forms

Greetings, according to the most current Mailchimp FAQ I can find:

They are claiming that they support GDPR Marketing Preferences through the API. Is this your understanding? Will we be able to show those fields in an Easy Forms? We have the GDPR extension offering the one checkbox, but our leadership feels that they need to show exactly what promotional materials the Visitor agreed to receive.

I’m up for a good solid klug or workaround, whatever you suggest, but I really don’t want to hack PHP. Thanks!
