Showing low percentage numbers

In the bar chart there is a bar that is not showing because the percentage is only 0.5% – see screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/D2eLo5r.jpg
I am using an external CVS file – screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/D2mp2pK.jpg (if that’s any help).Is is possible to make that very low percentage bar show??
PS – I am also now having problems updating my chart’s settings after upgrading WordPress.
