Showing latest posts on completly seperate domain – help

Hello,

I am currently developing a site and i wanted to display the latest wordpress posts from blog on homepage and footer.

I was simply going to upload wp in to blog directory. But I have just been told by developers that their server does not support WP install. So i am looking for another solution to displaying posts.

Is there not some sort of output code i could put on my website to show latest posts?

If any one knows of a tutorial to do this i would be very grateful
