Showing Insecure connection when clicking through social media mobile apps

    Hello,

    I am using “Let’s Encrypt” certificate but when I click on any link to my website on the social media mobile apps it shows this error (This website is not using a secure connection) SSL_UNTRUSTED

    Please recommend the fix.

    It sounds as if your Let’s Encrypt certificate is not valid, or self signed. You can run a test on https://ssllabs.com/ssltest to check this.

    Where did you get this certificate, is it generated by Really Simple SSL, by your hosting company, or in another manner?
