    Hello,

    The popup displays it inside every product when it is from a mobile beyond the home page, while it should not be.
    Can we fix this somehow? because I like it and I do not want to delete it

    Hi @panospibby – we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    ?May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your website? If yes, could you please try to purge/clear caching and browsers cache to see if that fixes the issue? You can also try to deactivate it temporarily from your end to see if that helps as well.

    Or, you can check this using a different browser or in incognito mode to see if the issue still occurs.

    Furthermore, you can try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem. You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NuyW0qE

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    I use super cache. I already done the following:

    -Clear all cache and delete cache CSS,js
    -Clear cache from the browser
    -Disable super cache
    -Disable other plugins
    -Open page from opera (mobile)
    -Clear Cache of popup
    -I check “Disable asset caching.” from misc

    The problem remains. probably some code has been entered in head

    This problem is from every smartphone. I try from my phone and from another one, but nothing.

    I will ask for help το HelpScout.
