Showing images on home posts

Hi there, im new in this kind of system, but today i started testing him, but im having a dificultie in a specific spot.

In the main page (the home) it shows a list of new Posts (latest posts), but i have images on those posts and they only show when i press “Read on”.

I would like to when a visit enter on the website in the home, the posts have an image an thumblaid besides the text.
