showing ID instead text in mail

In emails from CF7 forms, it shows me the ID instead of the text.

Oh sorry. IDs of categories and tags. Both from select2 fields.

you need to filter your mail tag to change the ID value passed from your form ti the term name. The Smart Grid-layout plugin extension for cf7 allows you to filter mail tags. (see this video tutorial for an example).
