Showing Featured Image in Reorder Drag and Drop

I would LOVE to be able to show the featured image thumb in the reorder drag and drop area. My client uses mostly image based posts, and it’s easier to know a post by it’s featured image, rather than the title.

Is it possible maybe with a function to add the featured image thumb to the drag and drop area?
