Showing extra field

Hi Aakash, thanks for this wonderful plugin. Though, it works fine for me, I am unable to update it because if I update it beyond V 4.2 it starts adding an extra field at the end of the home page. Whenever I update it with the latest release I get this problem so I need to Roll it back to 4.2 which works fine for me. But better to solve this and get updated.
My theme developer also pointed it out that the problem is with your plugin. Please, help.

Note : As of now, I have rolled back the version to 4.2
