Showing error in changing password page

  • When a mlm user changes its password , password changes but it show this error :
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/noodleaz/public_html/wp-content/themes/xtra/header.php:1) in /home/noodleaz/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 948

    Here cookie related problem may be there
    How this error can be resolve?
    AND IN OTHER PAGES SOME ERRORS ARE COMING.
