Showing Duplicates but not AUTO deleting every hour

We have just pushed out a new version, hopefully that fixes the issue you are having. If updating does not solve the problem, please go back to the settings tab and resave – to make sure options are saved correctly.

Also, it could be due to timeouts – set the “number of duplicates to delete” to a very low number. On large sites these queries can time out.

Working NOW perfectly with the Pro version! I setup for max 50 deletes every hour and then the 2nd hour it does it again. It’s Worth the purchase of the Pro version saves me a lot of time doing it manually every day.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hello – the auto delete has been and always will be part of the free version. Right now, there’s a pesky bug I’m chasing down.

Good news is, some of you have told me it’s working fine now, which is awesome. I’m hoping to use this info to nail down what’s going wrong and get it fixed for everyone.

Really sorry for not having it all figured out yet. Seems like the auto delete is hit or miss depending on the user. Just a heads up, I’m a bit swamped with other stuff in my day-to-day life, but I’m on it.
