Showing different widgets when I log out as Admin

Hello Support.

I have got a huge problem.

I have set up all my widgets the way I want it and it looks fine when I check it while logged in as Admin.

But as soon as I log out and view it like a regular visitor, all the widgets get messed up again. Arbitrarily they show up on some pages and then they don’t on some other pages.

I switched to “old method” but it still did not work. So I switched back to “filter” method.

I spent a lot of time to get everything just the way they need to be and now this happens once I log out.

I have a “dump file” if it will help.

Please help..!!
