    Could you please try deactivating the active plugins once? Please upgrade the Theme to the latest version if you haven’t. Also please provide us a site link if you still got the issue.

    Do you mean that I have to deactivate all plugins and activate again?

    Please try deactivating the plugins and clear the caches file form the server and browser and check activating the plugins?
