My client has a bulk pricing discount scheme for people ordering more of the same product. I can apply the discounts correctly when the items are added to the cart but I cant get the price on the product page to dynamically change when people select a larger quantity that meets the criteria for discount. Can anyone help? I’ve wasted days on trying different approaches.

    Hi @redkatdesign ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your clients site has a bulk discount pricing scheme, and the price on the product page doesn’t seem to dynamically change when people select a larger quantity that meets the criteria for a discount, is this correct?

WooCommerce core does not have built-in functionality for creating bulk pricing discounts out-of-the-box. To implement this, you would typically need to use a plugin or custom code.

Please can you clarify how you are adding bulk pricing discounts to your site so that we can better guide you?

    Cheers!

Yes, Im using a plugin called Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce. This allows the tiered pricing to be added in the cart but i need the price to change on the product page when the customer selects the required quantity to achieve the discount. Do you have any code that could be used?

    Hi @redkatdesign

Thanks for sharing with us that you are using the third-party plugin Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce in making bulk pricing discounts on your site.

Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

Theres a surprise! So your product doesnt have it out of the box so it forces people to go elsewhere for a solution and then you wash your hands of it? Not great customer service. Time to drop Woocommerce as a whole, i think. Thanks for your reply.
